3. Corporate A, 01 Nominee: 2,079,000,000 VND

4. Corporate B, 02 Nominee: 3,034,000,000 VND

5. Corporate C, 03 Nominee: 3,878,000,000 VND

6. Corporate D, 04 Nominee: 4,722,000,000 VND

NON-NOMINATIVE MEMBERSHIP:

1. Floating A, 01 Nominee  + 01 Non-Nominee: 3,878,000,000 VND

2. Floating B, 01 Nominee  + 02 Non-Nominee: 5,144,000,000 VND

3. Floating C, 01 Nominee + 03 Non-Nominee: 6,199,000,000 VND

EXTENTION NOTE :

– Changing fee of corporate member per time: 12,600,000VND

– Transfer Fee: 10% of official membership rate at transferring time.

– Corporate member(s) B, C and  D cannot device to Corporate A or Individial

–  Above rate are applied from 01-10-2014 and can be changed.

–  Member life: 25 years
