Amber Hill Golf Resort

Amber Hill Golf Resort has made a strong impression when receiving the title of “Vietnam’s Most Challenging Golf Course” for 2 consecutive years 2019-2020. This award is organized and voted by Vietnam Golf Magazine in collaboration with the Vietnam Golf Association, the General Department of Tourism, and the General Department of Sports and Physical Training.

Amber Hill Golf Resort is about 50km north of Hanoi. The course is located on the majestic Nham Bai mountain range. With the terrain of “leaning on the mountain – walking on the water” bringing prosperity to the owner here.

Design and construction

Amber Hill Golf Resort was designed by Albanese & Lutzke Inc., a leading golf course design and management company in the United States. Making the most of the unique terrain that nature has bestowed has created a golf course that is unique in architecture and diverse in space.

The golf course has an area of ​​183 hectares, a scale of 36 numbers and will be implemented in 2 phases. Phase 1 includes 18 holes of Hillside Course which has been in operation since 2017. Phase 2 will complete the remaining 18 holes of Rock Valley Course in the near future.
Golf course features

Yen Dung Golf Course is designed very uniquely because the terrain is not divided according to a certain rule. Each golf hole is also designed at different heights. Combined with that are spiral golf courses with many bends. This has created a “unique” attraction at Yen Dung Golf Course.

Inspired by the image of the sacred Turtle in the cultural life of Vietnamese people, the designer cleverly arranged the green tree complex of golf hole number 4 right next to the edge of the lake. In which, the green tree symbolizes the turtle shell in the middle. The 5 surrounding sand pits symbolize the head and 4 legs of the turtle.
